[MERGE] really fix sftp push

So the api I switched push too was broken too...

Heres a patch to test the push command with sftp,
BzrDir.create_branch_convenience with sftp, and fix the bug.

I maintain that there is a better way to catch this sort of thing, but
until I get such a way together, this is better than nothing. :)
