Hi all,

ConfigObj 4.2.0 has been released, incorporating changes that are
largely the results of my suggestions.  Specifically:
1. it supports unicode better
2. it supports arbitrary file-like objects better
3. it provides convenience functions equivalent to those offered by
ConfigParser: as_bool, as_float, as_int.

Here's a patch that updates bzr to the latest version of ConfigObj.
