Thanks for reporting this documentation bug.  It's filed as
<https://launchpad.net/products/bzr/+bug/30695>

Many of these are just file or directory names  LOCATION can be either a
local directory or an sftp or http url.

There are a few things we can do to improve this:

 * give more examples for command usage

 * make the argument names more consistent

 * add explanations for arguments as we have for options

 * perhaps add 'bzr help locations' to show information on url schemes,
   etc
