[patch] pending bzr.robey patches

This is where I make a nuisance of myself and send another reminder  
of outstanding patches on bzr.robey that are withering and  
bitrotting, waiting for a second +1 or integration. :)

I've reverted the lsprof patch so that the branch contains only  
patches that already have at least one +1.  If I'm allowed to vote,  
then I give them all a +1 and so they now all have 2 votes ... though  
I'm still not clear if that's allowed.  Anyway, they're all very old,  
uncontroversial, and fix bugs.  Here's the summary:

1521: make 'log' and 'status' treat '-r N..' as implicitly '-r N..-1'
1519: patch from robert collins to simplify the paramiko version test
1518: move the paramiko version check up to the top and use getattr  
instead of hasattr.  use BZR_SSH instead of BZR_USE_PARAMIKO, to  
allow overriding the ssh vendor check in a general way.
1517: allow forcing the use of paramiko via environ var; use prefetch  
on paramiko >= 1.5.2
1516: change http url parsing to use urlparse, and use the ui_factory  
to ask for a password if necessary

Attached is a recursive diff done between bzr.dev and bzr.robey,  
showing exactly what's still different.
