Question about diff output (diff in subdir)

-1 on this behavior.

1. I believe it's a bad idea to do it differently than cvs diff and
   plain diff do it.

2. Paths relative to the current directory are more flexible anyway. One
   can always cd to the bzr root and invoke diff from there to achieve
   root-relative paths.
