You have 'Mail-followup-to:' set, which is correct. But I don't think
all mail clients support that.
In general, the behavior is to "Reply-All", since the mail *should* go
to the list, and that usually doesn't happen if you just Reply.
You can go to the mailing list and check "avoid duplicate messages",
which is how I do it. (So if I'm on the To/CC it doesn't send me a
message). Some people love/hate this.
The bzr mailing list does the 'correct' thing, in not automatically
setting Reply-To, which is what other mailing lists use to force bad
clients to behave. But most 'people in the know' think it is rude
behavior to modify Reply-to. At least that seems to be how the debate
boils down to (having seen this debate on 3 other mailing lists)
