Well, the key thing that stands out for me would be tagging. (I suppose
it doesn't particularly block or enable anything else though.) There
was considerable discussion over the holidays
<http://bazaar.canonical.com/BzrTagging> and there are some branches but
perhaps not yet much agreement on how exactly it should work. Or is
there?
