bazaar-ng 0.7 released: Thanks and win32 installer announce

Thanks to all bzr.dev team. And especially to John Meinel by win32
support efforts.

I build win32 installer for bzr 0.7 from official zip:

http://bzr.onembedding.com/bzr.win/bzr.win/bzr-0.7.win32-py2.4.exe


I don't know is Martin or John was planned to build this installer
yourself so I was decide to hurry make this one.

This installer was builded from original bzr-0.7.zip + additional setup
and postinstall scripts (that I'm announce earlier; you could download
this files at: http://bzr.onembedding.com/bzr.win/make_win32_installer.zip)
