1. I started the convention of the Bzr prefix in page titles so that we
could determine (e.g. in searches) that the page referred to bazaar-NG,
not Bazaar 1.x.  If we're going to lose the prefix, I'd like to lose the
Bazaar 1.x documentation completely.

2. BzrWeb is discontinued, so you shouldn't be referring to it on new pages.

3. I'm a bit uncomfortable having a link to a specific version of
bzrtools on http://bazaar.canonical.com/Installation.  It's one more
place to update with every bzrtools release.

4. For the tutorial, we really need a ReST <-> moin converter :-)
