test_outside_wt.test_http_log broken in jam-integration

I've added this in my integration:

        print "FIXME: Use a real http server with no branch initialized
in test_outside_wt.test_http_log"
        # This breaks when there is no wildcard DNS resolver: the error
is (correctly) an HTTP error not
        # NotBranchError.
        return


The problem is that when there is no wildcard resolver, an HTTP error
occurs. (And that is correctly relayed to the UI). When branch formats
lands there is a ChrootedTestCase in blackbox which can test this
cleanly.
