If you want it done right away, you can reparent the branch. Or just ask
me to, and I'll do the cherrypick. Otherwise, if we get a +1 on some of
the other patches, we can merge them all at once (which is what I would
like to do).

I remember Wouter doing a review, and he had some pretty good points
about what needed to be changed. I realize the conversation then got
sidetracked.
I'm think the option to have the profiler output its results into a
file, for more in-depth information is very valuable. (One of the
problems with the current --profile is that it only prints the first
few, and you can't re-sort it without hacking the source and re-running).
So I'm positive on the idea, I just don't have lsprof to really test it.
