version of paramiko, which had a potential/likely deadlock bug when  
sending more than 1GB.

Paramiko 1.5.2 has the bugfix, and my bzr branch is here:

If anyone needs incentive to stay up-to-date, 1.5.2 is also the  
version that has prefetch. ;)
