Proposal: New wiki layout

We have plenty of documentation up on the wiki. This is good. The
new documentation has been added as an evolutionary process, which is bad.
I therefore propose a new layout for the wiki that will not only allow
everything already known to be found, but to leave room for new stuff as
well.

`---| Link to old Bazaar-1 Pages
* I imagine Conceptual descriptions to be the X number of factoids that
one needs to understand in order to understand Bazaar-NG. I see short
paragraph format
* Most of the content for this already exists on the current pages, though
a shuffling a bit of it from here to there would be good.
* Eventually BzrGlossary gets broken into individual pages, which gets
camelcaselinked. We need better descriptions in the glossary first and
agreed upon camelcasing.
* Concepts are probably actually glossary items for which terms just need
to be devised. We've generally named things well, concepts not so well.
* Plugins should be on the downloading page, pointing at the plugins
download page which is not representable in this graph. Another example
is BugTracker, which should be on not just support, but development as
well.
* I can imagine many other useful pages that would fit well within this
layout. For example, information on packaging bzr would go well under
development.
