I would like to make the request that my revno 1496 make it into 0.7rc2.
It is a small bugfix which means that pushing to ftp has a chance of
succeeding.

I have a couple of other small fixes (remove --all from uncommit), some
cleanups by Denys Duchier. But that is an actual bugfix.
