This is actually pretty nice. Though I never spawn an editor, always
using '-m "foo changes"'.
But for people who do, we might as well put username in there.
Do we have a way for people to cancel a commit by not changing the file?
I know CVS checks to see if the file was modified, and if not, asks if
you want to commit anyway, or abort.
