I updated the TODO's (actually TODO had a request for uncommit, which
wasn't updated when uncommit was added.)
Also on my jam-pending branch is the 'don't create ancestry.weave'. I
realize you wanted to have a format upgrade that would delete it, but
can I get a +1 on just not creating it so that I can merge the branch
cleanly?
