remove --all from bzr uncommit

--all was supposed to actually remove the information from the
repository. But it only worked with version 4 branches. (Since it just
deleted the specific files.

Now that we are using weaves, it is much more difficult to sanitize
them. So I'm just removing the option.

Patch is attached, and available in my jam-pending branch.
