Done, in my integration branch.

So, going forward, when we need to deprecate modules/attributes|
properties we'll need some more code written, but this is sufficent for
now I think. One thing that might be useful is a 'api version list'
which imports everything recursively, and have the decoration routine
build a list as things are decorated. Then we could print out the
deprecated routines as part of doing release notes :)
