*our* tests are not pythons tests.

I think its fine for us to use (expected, actual) everywhere.


Actually, I think its fine to use any order one wants to, as you have to
look at a test no matter what to debug it ;).  But if we are setting a
standard, (expected, actual) gets +1 from me.
