Well, in jam-integration I had merged the permissions branch, and the
win32 fixes. win32 being a fairly invasive change. (It changes
os.path.join into osutils.pathjoin, same for realpath and abspath) That
modifies a lot of lines.

Both of those I thought had been approved. Though admittedly I messed up
and added the 'bzr check' changes on top, rather than in a second branch.
