Well, looking at the Wiki diff, Martin released 0.6.2 on 2005-11-10.

I never heard a release announcement for 0.6.2, and honestly I don't
think there was ever an 0.6.1. The only 0.6.1 that I know of was for
some of the bzrtools and such. Because they released 0.6 and found some
bugs, so they updated to 0.6.1 in the same day.

Basically what I see in 0.6.2 vs 0.6 is a few bug fixes for the sftp
code. Allowing passwords in the url (sftp://user:password@host)

And a bug where we would get an IndexError rather than NotBranch if you
used an sftp path which didn't point to a branch.

So minor bug fixes, but I completely agree that a bugfix release slipped
out with no announcement.

We really need to get official releases to at least contain their
revision-id.
