No, you are right; today if a file is updated, the parent directory weave isn't
updated. So it is not simple to get a log of every file of a directory.
In fact if you do "something like bzr log bzrlib/tests" you get only the log
related only to the update of the *directory* bzrlib/tests ( like creation and/or
renaming of the directory itself).
