bzr baz-import continue after errors

Okay, I didn't know that function either. I really like the
import-entire-archive as a command, especially because you will
frequently have shared history between different branches (and when we
get bzr repositories, it would make a lot of sense to convert the entire
arch archive into a bzr repository.)
