[new] diffstat plugin

Hiya,

I already had code for diffstat in shelf, so I rolled it into a plugin, 'cause 
I find myself typing 'bzr dif | diffstat' a bit and hitting the '|' on my 
laptop sucks a good 1 ms out of me everytime.
