PATCH: RevisionTree gets a branch, not a store

Hi,

This seemed like a good cleanup. Just some low hanging fruit.

But I would like to refactor the code a bit so that RevisionTree does
not know anything about what kind of history format is used. Maybe we
can add a "get_file" (or something) method to Branch that takes a file
id and a revision id and returns a file-like object. Any ideas?
