Using Moin and bzr to build and power TheOpenCD

It sounds like an interesting idea.
I think you should at least look into using bzr as the moin backend. A
few people have expressed interest in this in the past.

It sounds like you should have a branch for each release. You can
control access to each branch simply with unix permissions.
