In December probably; at the moment the releases tend to happen when we
get to a nice intersection of new features and reduced bugs, without
being very strongly scheduled.  

Ubuntu runs on a very strong 6-month release schedule -- things that are
not ready in time are just dropped until the next release.  Some people
suggested in Montreal that we might like to try this too, with say a
1-month cycle.
