You was install my non-official Windows native version. When you
installing bzr you should see this (or similar) message:

Bazaar-NG 0.6 (non-official Windows version)

Difference from official version:
* Fixed splitting of plugins path list on Windows;
* Directory to store configuration files (bazaar.conf, branches.conf)
   is "$APPDATA\bazaar\2.0";
* Changed post-processing of commit message from external editor:
   delete last newline for making printed log more compact;
* Fixed small bug with post-process commit message if it contains tabs.

Created: C:\Python24\Scripts\bzr.bat
