Could you also, perhaps, add an "--all" flag? I realize that this
probably is identical to --ignored for now, but it is easier for me to
mentally think "I want a clean tree, and I want to get rid of all the
extra stuff", rather than know that clean-tree does everything but ignored.

And that would also provide for future changes, in case clean-tree
starts to get more categories.
