bzr support for Meld 1.1.1

Hi all,

Meld 1.1.1 is out, with a spiffy new plugin system to support various
VCSes.  The attached patch adds support for bzr.

This is much, much easier to work with than Meld 1.0.  Patch took about
3 hours to whip up.

Now that bzr is a plugin for Meld, can we make Meld a plugin for bzr?
