bzrtools 0.6 released

A new release of bzrtools is out, with a version number that
oh-so-suspiciously matches the version of bzr with which it is intended
to be used.

It now features
* a setup.py file for easy installation
* Michael Ellerman's latest version of shelve/unshelve
* clean-tree --detrius, to remove junk produced by merges, reverts, test
suite runs...
* patch plugin now accepts URLs.
* new shell command
* a small test suite
