Well, it is on the latest bzr.dev code. I assume that is the latest code.

Remember "cmd_pull" creates a FROM branch, and a TO branch, and has no
reason to expect that they are the same branch.

The blackbox test tries to do (effectively) "bzr pull .", which causes a
double lock.
