release candidate 0.6rc1

A candidate for release as bzr 0.6 is now up here:

I'd appreciate any bug reports, particularly of critical things that
should be fix for the real release.  This includes Aaron's fixes for
the Windows locking bugs, and everything reported in the "0.6 release
plan" thread.  If there are other showstoppers there please let me
know.  If possible I would like to release 0.6 in about 24-48 hours.
