GTK+ annotate plugin

Good day all. I had the time and the itch to put together a GUI plugin
for annotations over the weekend. For lack of a better name, the command
and aliases are the same as the built in annotate, but prefixed with an
x (xblame, etc.)

It works only with the latest from bzr.dev
