Basically, we already have "bzr selftest" it just needs to be run under
Windows on a regular basis, and the results given back to one of the
primary developers (Martin/Robert).

I don't know if there would be a plan to have a web-page with current
success/failure, but I think just setting up a mirror of the current
bzr.dev, and another of Robert's integration branch, and then when you
detect that they change, having "bzr selftest" run, and maybe emailing
them the results.

At least, that is my feeling.
