I do believe that the latest bzr 0.1.1 asks for cElementTree, I don't know
if this package is available or not. Is bzr 0.1.1 available on debian
sarge? Or just on breezy?

I'm guessing most likely it is a dependency issue. The .deb is probably
just asking for a version that it doesn't really require. (or somesuch)
