[PATCH] baz2bzr: better use of pybaz

Attached is a patch for baz2bzr so it makes a slightly more efficient
use of pybaz.

There are corresponding improvements in pybaz to save baz invocations
for some operations, but they should be independent as far as
compatibility is concerned.

    read patchlog directly from tree when possible
