twisted branch resurrected

I've redone my twisted branch at
http://people.ubuntu.com/~robertc/baz2.0/twisted for newformat. Current
it does not have any performance optimisations, just the use of the
twisted http client, and an import of the twisted 2.1 release tarballs
for 'core' and 'web'.

I'm currently deciding whether to do a quick-sftp client or http tuning
next.
