Indeed, it did not apply today :). So I've updated it and am pushing the
branch to http://people.ubuntu.com/~robertc/baz2.0/tags.
The patch looks about right to me, with just a couple of things .. It
makes the Branch api larger, which we are currently trying to trim.
However as no solution is really present yet, it is not unreasonable for
a new feature to do what the existing features do. More importantly, I
haven't reviewed in detail the tag mapping and changing logic. This
should happen before a drop to mainline, because changes in logic there
will cause inconsistent records between different branches. (Not saying
its wrong here, just that its a particularly fragile part of distributed
vcs's).
