Bzr 0.1rc1 is available

Contrary to rumours bzr 0.1 is not actually a virus. :-)

Robert was trying to say that a release candidate is available here:

  http://bazaar-ng.org/pkg/bzr-0.1rc1.tar.gz

This introduces a new storage format, which is more compact, faster
for some operations, and a better foundation for future features. 
'bzr upgrade' changes branches to this format.  You should make a
backup before running it, just in case.

The bzr.dev branch has been upgraded to this format.

It seems that testing of the release candidate has found some bugs,
which we will diagnose and fix now.
