MERGE REQUEST - kind refactoring

Martin,
	I've done one of the todos - per kind classes in inventory.py, which
gives a single place to put the logic required for new kinds of files
under control. There is a new todo out of this, which is to make an
explicit factory for the 3 odd places that do 'if kind == directory, ie
= InventoryDirectory'.

however, I think it makes things somewhat more clear about what entries
need what attributes, what ones store text etc.

its uploading now to .../baz2.0/kind-refactoring
