bzrtools 0.0.9 released

It would be great if you could either briefly describe in these 
announcements what bzrtools actually does, or include a URL of a page 
that describes the functionality.

I really don't want to download, expand, and explore a tarball just to 
find out whether or not it has anything of interest to me.
