[PATCH] fix mv tests to use runbzr rather than run_bzr

This raced with Martins change to not do subprocess work ... I've
updated this with a change to run_bzr_captured rather than to runbzr..
I've also changed the remaining use of run_bzr to run_bzr_captured in
that file : run_bzr is no longer imported.
