[PATCH] bzr cat-revision allows a --revision spec

Attached is a simple patch for allowing "bzr cat-revision" to take a
--revision parameter. This makes it easier for me to investigate all of
the issues we are having with the merge code, since it is easier to get
the contents of an old revision.

PS> I've also found a couple bugs with the new RevisionSpec code, so
I'll do some work on that in my integration branch. revno 1215 is a
bugfix for the "bzr revision-info command". I'm also working on some
test cases.
