Unfortunately, a while back I cleaned up some of my working directories,
and got rid of old branches. Things that had dead ended and such.
I'm guessing that specific revision no longer exists anywhere.

Thanks for the patch, I need to get everything else up-to-date as well
(especially the changeset plugin, though that may not need as much
changing).

By the way, you might think about changing your bzrtools "bzr push"
implementation by merging it a little with my rpush implementation.
Simply because my implementation does a validity check first, so you
don't try to publish out of date code.
