[PATCH] more informative error for bzr add (when parent is unversioned)

I found the following error somewhat cryptic. This patch contains a
slightly friendlier one.

david at gorilla:~/dev/community/bzr/test$ bzr add foo/bar.txt
bzr: ERROR: [u'foo']
  at /home/david/dev/community/bzr/bzr.dev/bzrlib/inventory.py line 456, in add_path()
  see ~/.bzr.log for debug information
