Well, if it has the same file id, we're not dealing with changesets
rather with tree states, so there isn't a particular problem or
difficulty in storing it. We could show it in the ui as R+A, but if you
examing the inventories, there will just be a kind-change.
I think we do need to support it because:
Branch A, File id X is a file.
Branch from that to make B, commit a delete.
add file id x, as symlink. commit.
now when A merges from B, we should be able to just commit and have the
right thing happen.
