[PATCH] ignore .DS_Store by default (Mac OS X Finder cache)

Please check this patch, adding '.DS_Store' to the default ignore 
patterns.

'.DS_Store' is a file where Mac OS X Finder store information such as 
icon location in windows. The Finder creates this file automatically 
when displaying directory window.

Any Mac user will have to add this to the ignore patterns, so it seems 
a good idea to ignore it by default.
