Howto install on MS Windows?

I'm a Linux user, but some of my teammates only have MS Windows boxes 
(without cygwin). Could someone write a little howto on the wiki 
describing the bzr installation process? Which python 2.4 should they 
install (ActiveState?) How can they add 'bzr' to their path so it can be 
run like that?

Are there any current problems running under non-cygwin Windows? I 
didn't see much discussion of this in the list archives.
