Hi all,

I've added some new stuff to bzrtools

clean-tree: Deletes all unknown files.  Ignored files too, if you ask it.
conflicts: Lists all files that have conflict files (*.BASE, *.THIS,
*.OTHER).
resolve: Specify a file whose conflicts have been resolved.

Also bzr status now reports conflicts.

I also applied Magnus Therning's tweaks to make bzrtools work with the
latest revisions of bzr.  Thanks, Magnus!
